1. ‘साहो’ एक एक्शन थ्रिलर फिल्म थी जो 30 अगस्त 2019 में रिलीज़ हुई थी. फिल्म में प्रभास, श्रद्धा कपूर, जैकी श्रॉफ, नील नितिन मुकेश, महेश मांजरेकर, अरुण विजय, चंकी पांडे और मंदिरा बेदी जैसे कई बड़े सितारे नजर आये थे.

बता दें, इस फिल्म ने हिंदी भाषा में करीब 168 करोड़ रूपये का ग्रॉस कलेक्शन किया था, जिसके साथ ही यह हिंदी में हिट साबित हुई थी. जबकि तेलगू, तमिल और मलयालम भाषा में यह फिल्म फ्लॉप रही थी.
5. आपकी जानकारी के लिए बता दें, ‘साहो’ भारतीय सिनेमा की दूसरी सबसे महंगी फिल्म थी. पहले नंबर पर रजनीकांत (Rajinikanth) और अक्षय कुमार (Akshay Kumar) की तमिल फिल्म ‘2.0’ थी जिसे 543 करोड़ रूपये के बजट में बनाया गया था और इस फिल्म का रिकॉर्ड अभी तक भी कोई नहीं तोड़ पाया है.
इसके अलावा साल 2021 में रिलीज़ होने वाली एस. एस. राजामौली (SS Rajamouli) की फिल्म ‘RRR’ का बजट करीब 400 करोड़ रूपये के आस पास बताया जा रहा है. इस हिसाब से यह ‘साहो’ का रिकॉर्ड तोड़ सकती है.
6. ‘साहो’ फिल्म की बात करें तो इस फिल्म को तेलुगू भाषा के साथ-साथ हिंदी और तमिल भाषा में भी साथ-साथ शूट किया था. एक तरह से देखा जाए तो इस फिल्म से प्रभास ने बॉलीवुड में और श्रद्धा ने तेलुगू में अपना डेब्यू किया था.
7. फिल्म के हिंदी वर्जन में खुद प्रभास ने ही अपनी आवाज दी है. इस फिल्म की शूटिंग शुरू होने के काफी समय पहले से ही उन्होंने हिंदी सीखना शुरू कर दिया था.

8. इस फिल्म का टीज़र प्रभास की ही फिल्म ‘बाहुबली 2: द कन्क्लूजन’ (Baahubali 2: The Conclusion) के साथ लांच किया गया था. टीज़र को तमिल, तेलुगू और हिंदी भाषा में एक साथ रिलीज़ किया गया था. टीज़र ने रिलीज़ होते ही एक नया रिकॉर्ड बनाया था. यह तेलुगू, तमिल और हिंदी भाषा में उस समय का सबसे ज्यादा देखा जाने वाला टीज़र बन गया था.
9. इस फिल्म के ट्रेलर रिलीज़ से पहले मेकर्स ने फिल्म का मेकिंग विडियो ‘शेड्स ऑफ साहो’ (Shades of Saaho) रिलीज़ किया था. इस वीडियो ने इन्टरनेट पर तहलका मचा दिया था और 24 घंटे में ही पिछले सभी रिकॉर्ड तोड़ दिए थे. यूट्यूब पर इस वीडियो ने 368K लाइक्स बटोर कर रजनीकांत और अक्षय कुमार की फिल्म ‘2.0’ के ट्रेलर का रिकॉर्ड तोड़ दिया था. बता दें, ‘2.0’ को उस दौरान 306K लाइक्स मिले थे.
इतना ही नहीं ‘शेड्स ऑफ साहो’ उस दौरान का सबसे ज्यादा पसंद किया जाने वाला वीडियो भी बन गया था, जिसने फेसबुक, ट्विटर और इंस्टाग्राम पर पिछले सभी रिकॉर्ड तोड़ दिए थे. अपने पहले 24 घंटे में ही इस वीडियो ने 1 मिलियन से ज्यादा लाइक्स और 52 मिलियन से ज्यादा व्यूज बटोरे थे.
10. फिल्म में साहो के एम्पायर को हॉलीवुड फिल्म ‘बैटमैन’ (Batman) की गौथम सिटी के जैसा दिखाया था. इसके लिए अबू धाबी में एक बड़े सेट का निर्माण किया गया था, जिसके मॉडल को बनाने में करीब 2 साल लग गए थे. इतना ही नहीं इस पूरे सेट को बनाने में लगभग 65 करोड़ रूपये का खर्च आया था.
11. इस फिल्म के सिर्फ 8 मिनट के एक एक्शन सीन में करीब 70 करोड़ रूपये खर्च किये गए थे जोकि भारतीय सिनेमा के इतिहास का सबसे महंगा सीन साबित हुआ और यह रिकॉर्ड आज भी बरकरार है.

12. इस फिल्म के क्लाइमैक्स सीन में करीब 100 फाइटर्स दिखाए गए थे जिन्हें दुनियाभर में अलग-अलग देशों से बुलवाया गया था.
13. अबू धाबी में चेजिंग एक्शन सीन की शूटिंग के दौरान करीब 120 कारों का इस्तेमाल किया गया था. इनके अलावा एक ट्रक भी इस्तेमाल किया गया था, जिसे खास सिर्फ इसी फिल्म के लिए बनवाया गया था.
